Nice clean and elegant

Was really looking forward to staying here. The foyer to the hotel is really nice the rooms are big but could be done with a bit of an update in some areas. Had to get shower fixed but they seen to that fairly quickly. One member of staff was super friendly but the others did their job fine but could have been a bit more pleasant. No idea why they have a kitchen area but absolutely nothing in it.

We had a great time, and everything was clean and easy to access. The staff were truly helpful, and everyone had a positive, friendly approach, including Luis from the concierge team.

Love the hotel will stay again

The hotel was in a great location, however the rooms and the staff don’t deserve two stars. Room are not clean house keeping so bad. The front desk make you feel like you are staying at the hotel on their treat. I would definitely give this hotel 3 stars.

I have never seen a 5 stars hotel got this policy!When we called the front desk because our room was not done, this was their explanation.. What about if you spoil your sheets or you have a baby who drop his milk ? You sleep in dirty sheets for 3 days? come on ! This kind of saving is ridiculous when you see some staff members walking around , doing NOTHING... Reduce your staff and increase the cleaning team! your clientele will appreciate very much...

Rooms need to be more clean

The room was tired and the shower didn’t even have a curtain or door. Water everywhere and the cabinets had mold

They misconstrued every aspect of my stay beginning at reservation , checkin ,and room type. The rooms require major renovation there was rust on the floors shower heads light fixtures the molding in the bathroom. The curtains to the balcony were filthy and mold was visibly clear. Stopped by front desk in the evening after being moved asked for front desk to contact me via phone. Nothing. We were there for a birthday celebration for only 3 days and were moved twice we grinned and barred the circumstances as we had engagements to attend so the steady moving set us back. I will not be staying at the Mondrian ever again. FontaineBleu will forever be my choice.

Everything was simple and easy. The front desk upgraded my room also which was clutch and gave us Champaign on the walk in def would come back again

Great hotel. We love coming back here every time we visit. The location is ideal !!! Charlie is phenomenal- always so sweet with us and welcoming. Thank you Mondrian for the great continued experience!

The hotel is at a great location but is need of an update

The shower had mold , lights in the room wasn’t working properly, the tv’s wasn’t working properly, the closets had dust on the top shelf’s. The staff was not very pleasant. The property is over priced and not well kept. Would not stay here again
