Nelson at the front desk was over the top helpful. He walked with my wife to find a place for us to park because everything was closed due to the World Cup celebration. Nelson was fatastic.

Great location on South Beach.

Great stay and the front desk was the best! We were able to check in early and it’s literally right across the street from the beach. It’s a cute place and worked for our needs. They serve breakfast for free with only 3 options but the eggs option was great with potatoes and a protein. Service and great & food came out pretty quickly. Location was perfect with CVS & Walgreens literally down the street. Will definitely come back again!

The location was great We asked to sit at a table for breakfast and this was ok with the seating personnel but someone else came and said we had to move despite the restaurant was fairly quiet. Too much noise in room

They did not give my room till 7 pm. Kept saying its not clean. Made me wait 3 hrs to just check in. First time such a bad experience.
