Too confusing to get in. In good location but I rather stay somewhere else next time

Great location

A really easy way to help both of these issues is to get some insulating blackout blinds that will help with both the light and also block out some more of the noise, and it's absolutely crazy that there isn't any already given how cheap this would be to do. When we checked in the door lock said it was critically low on battery. Luckily we arrived early enough that the staff were still workined, we raised this straight away and it was dealt with before we needed to leave but otherwise we would have been locked out with no way to get back in.

Stayed only for a night. Very clean and simple. Definitely book again if in South beach.

I love the location this was my second year at this hotel I was in a different level than I was last year my room smelled of mildew, the refrigerator did not work and the toilet clogged the 1st night we were there this lower level room was above a bar so all night we heard people partying, yelling and blasting music

Amazing location, close to all the action in South Beach, restaurants, beach, shopping! Our 1 bedroom unit was clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable king bed, spacious, colorful decor. The service team was excellent anytime we needed assistance, very quick to respond & checking back to make sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend this place and plan to keep returning every year!

Location was amazing, right above many bars and restaurants. Instructions for entry were very straight forward and I found it very easy to get into the room by myself even though it was 11pm! Street below very very loud!

The place is good for the price but it’s not a place I will go to for an upcoming visit to Miami. Nothing wrong with it but the area is very busy and the place not what I like.

Location , people absolutely everything

The hotel had spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms, and most of the amenities were satisfactory. However, there was no hot water from the taps, and the towels shed white fibers that stuck to the body after use. The biggest issue was the room lock system, which did not work properly and caused a delay of nearly 30 minutes. Despite these inconveniences, the customer service was excellent—they promptly provided another room and even refunded the $25 resort fee due to the room change. Overall, a comfortable stay with great staff, but the maintenance issues need attention.

Stay near MIA south beach

GREAT LOCATION. staff was great, yes the loud music but its alright have a good time i honestly didn’t hear anything so it was fine for me, also had a balcony.
