Chesterfield Hotel & Suites

Area was excellent. Rooms were clean but there were shady staff and/or guest. Felt like organized crime. Noisy. Inconsiderate and shady looking.

This hotel was 1 block away from the beach the staff was super cool and every was very clean and working it was inexpensive and i honestly needed it for 1 night which was perfect since i was boarding a cruise the next day i will certainly recommend for those who need a quick 1-3 day stay as well is absolutely close to all the top places 1-2 blocks away Mangos, Voodoo, Wetwillies, beach, Bacon B*tch, puerto Sagua , Papace, you name it list goes on lol

Room 517 did not have a safe. Non the less we have a good time

Staff was terrible. Staff was extremely slow and there was a language barrier. Lobby was crowded. Front desk staff needed help. There was a $50 fee for early check in. Property is broken up and it made navigating around challenge

The light was streaming in all night and from sunrise. In short .. a terrible hotel

The rooms needs to be severely upgraded. The hallway needs to upgrade with a new rug, paint and decorations. The room keys had to be reprogrammed every time we left the room. Check- in took forever to complete. The shower head is placed in a awful spot and the shower floor is very slippery when wet.

A nice location near the Port of Miami

This is one of the oldest and dirtiest hotels I have ever walked into. The floors in the rooms were literally cracked all over and there was dust all over the baseboards! When I went to talk to the hotel manganer the next day they said that was the room I had paid for. When I showed them the online pics, they said those were the rooms in the new building. Unbelievable! Orbitz was no help either. Orbitz said there was nothing they could do and it would be up to the hotel to cancel the rest of my stay. Lesson learned- never book at this hotel and NEVER book thru Orbitz!

It’s was a nice comfort room every thing was clean nice location it’s right in front of Ocean Drive literally a 2 minute walk to ocean Drive

For a 3-star hotel and king size bed room, room could have been better

Stay here was in a great location by Collins and Ocean drive, smelled amazing. Room was clean, service was great. Check in was at 4p but we dock from a cruise and they held our luggage til check in, we very much appreciated it that being my first time in Miami. I will stay here again :)

Great friendly and helpful staff. The room was larger than we thought and really nice remodel. Coffee in the morning was a nice bonus. This is a great place. Also turns into a cool bar at night. We look forward to coming back
