You cannot park here; assume they don't have parking! The little bit of parking they do have is essentially nonfunctional. God help you if you try to park anything bigger than a smart car. Everything else was just fine nothing stood out as good or bad, location is probably the highpoint.

The staff gave us ideas on where to travel in a paper packet. The beach view was great. Everyone was very friendly and nice.

Visiting from Cali, and I would not stay here again, look at the surrounding resorts instead I wish I did. Parking was terrible, we had a BMW and they gave us a compact spot next to construction. Complained multiple times about it and finally on the third night got a new spot. Kids were running throught the halls at all hours of the night our whole stay, the room bathroom had no fan or warm water (barely warm), and getting towels felt like a chore. Plus the room we had for ocean view was a joke. The ONLY two nice things was the CVS market right across the street and the beach was right behind the hotel. But still would not recommend.

The beach view was amazing

This property is close to beach and there is ocean view available partly. However, the property itself such as rooms are terrible. The rooms and interiors are age old.

Restaurant and bar only open for part of the hours advertised. A 24/7 CVS next door which was nice, several interesting individuals outside. Security roamed inside which was nice. Definitely wasn’t worth the cost, and my biggest complaint is..the rock hard beds we had in our room. Unfortunately though we may of just came during World Cup pricing , which I didn’t intend to do. Pool area was decent, clean and kids enjoyed it. Bar staff was nice, and check in was easy.

La ubicación del hotel es buena y el personal fue amable. Algo que sí me gustó fue que limpiaron la habitación todos los días y mantuvieron el cuarto ordenado durante toda nuestra estancia.Sin embargo, considero que la calidad del hotel es regular para el precio que se paga. Lo peor de nuestra experiencia fueron las alarmas de incendio: sonaron durante dos días diferentes y el segundo día se activaron varias veces, especialmente durante la noche, lo que nos dificultó descansar y dormir bien.En general, fue una estancia aceptable, pero creo que el hotel necesita mejorar algunos aspectos para que la experiencia esté más acorde con el precio.

Excellent location! Super close to the beach and other places. The restaurant wasn’t operating which was a bit disappointing but not a big deal.

Hubo un aviso de fuego o desalojo el jueves a las 5:30 am y no hubo orientación de desalojo luego de una hora de entrar el ruido de la alarma duró por 3 horas adicionales. Super deprimido

The pool is vary small , smelt like weed, people ran threw the halls all night , unattractive stuff, you have to pay for parking that is not attached to the building, we did not get a ocean view even tho we pad extra, there were roaches around the building. Would not stat her again dont waste the money.

We have booked stay with breakfast. But during our stay the kitchen was closed due to some issue. The hotel has provided packed breakfast which had ham sandwich and we do not eat those. So practically there was no breakfast option for us even after paying for it.

Housekeeping left vacuum cleaner in the hallway overnight which just seemed odd. When I asked a basic question of front desk staff, they either were not fluent in English or had to find other staff to get an answer (seemed new or inexperienced). Hotel was ~ $200 per night plus $45 for onsite parking (parking space was not available on our 1st night's stay). The positives: on the beach, included beach loungers with umbrella, included morning coffee in lobby. Great customer service in South Florida seems lacking and this hotel seems pretty much in line with that. Stayed here a few times in the past but think I'm moving on next time I'm in Miami Beach.

Overall wasn’t a pleasant experience. From start to finish you can tell this operation doesn’t prioritize guest experience nor it doesn’t seem to be maintained well.
