Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in. Pool was down for a day for cleaning. But overall was a good family weekend stay.

Staff is grateful never been hassle-free grateful for the help they go out of there way to help i highly recommend to stay here

King deluxe room is the way to go!

Just needs new Bath tubs other wise everything was very satisfied!

Very clean and new. Lots of options around to eat and shop. New target going in.

I was really surprised. The customer service was excellent. The whole hotel smells so good. And my room was clean and comfortable.

Make sure you check in by 2:00 a.m. thank god the staff was so helpful and went ahead and checked us in. I booked through Expedia so the hotel didn’t have my phone number to call and let me know and it will show up as a no show but you still will be charged. We had been at an all night softball tournament for our daughter and got there at 3:00 a.m. Expedia said you could check in anytime and there is a 2:00 a.m. cut off.

The bathtub wouldn't drain by the time I rinsed off the water was half way up my shins. There were 2 to 3 inch black hairs floating. I don't have black hair! The elevator's kept getting stuck in between floors. It was very scary the first time after that we used the stairs I was on the 6th floor. This was one of my favorite hotels with me would stay at I think after this I will be looking for a new place. The staff was good.

Friendly , clean rooms No ice available, elevator wasn’t working correctly. My sister was stuck for a few minutes on the elevator.

Horrible experience. My initial room was cleaned and had hair all over the bathroom and in the beds. Staff was super polite gave me another room in which that room smelt like smoke. Breakfast was cold hotel needed a major upgrade.

Elevator needs to be updated and also the keypads need to be updated

They accepted my esa no problem and gave us a nice room on the first floor after i explained my heart condition
