Bed was so comfortable. I witnessed staff harassing more than one customer. There was a group of 10 or more men in the parking lot smoking and drinking at 2 am until 5 am playing really loud music outside of my room I got little rest. Staff, breakfast bar could include something other than coffee

Per friendly Dirty, GHETTO, can't use any sidedoor to smoke or walk dogs. Have to go in and out front door only. Too much ghetto. Cockroaches. Refrigerator did NOT work. Cold shower. Hot AC... Tried to cancel reservation immediately. No one would get back to me. Very disappointed. Do NOT recommend. Wanted weekend relaxing getaway. My standards are pretty low, but they did NOT meet the lowest of expectations. Stayed here years ago... save your money. Go elsewhere. Disappointed, disgusted, resentful...
