This is an older facility that has been fairly recently redone. I was there for a single night and it was fine for that. The breakfast room is rudimentary and small. In my room, the bathroom seem to be built for children. That is the sink and countertop or way below my waist and I’m only 5 feet seven. I thought the shower stall could use a grab bar because the floor could be very slippery. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were too high for my liking, but it was an overnight room and at that it was quite satisfactory.

Clean rooms/ facility. Pet friendly. Staff were nice. Nice area close to food, gas stations, shopping. My only two complaints are not enough parking, so if you find a spot, try not to leave and the walls are thin. You hear people stomping and dropping stuff upstairs, people in and out slamming their room doors all night long

A good place to stay when visiting Mentor. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like fridge and microwave were there for us. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay.

Nothing Dirty floors, bad plumbing, breakfast consisting of pancakes and coffee. Not even water to drink. I made reservations for 1 room and 2 beds. The room had 1 king. To get 2 beds I had to take a suit with a 65 00 dollar up charge. There was loud banging noise, like doors slamming all night. The phone in the room did not work. Beds were poor.

It dont believe any of the rooms dont stink of smoke. Curtain fell off. Window wouldnt open. Generally old ane decrepit.

Staff was friendly and the place was clean. I didn't get the queen size bed I paid for.

Upon entering the room the heat was on super high- way too hot. I switched it to air. The air would kick on for about 1 minute and then shut off for about an hour. I never got the room temperature down to a comfortable level. Kept waking up during the night because it was so hot.
