Clean room, staff helpful, parking good, wish the refrigerator had a small freezer. It seems a lot if the hotel refrigerators don’t have freezers and we like to freezer a few water bottles for our small cooler it keeps longer than a bag of ice. We did enjoy our stay.

Very dated property and could use some attention maintenance-wise. Parking was easy and usually tight outside the wing where we stayed. Definitely not what I expect from a Crowne property.

After a long day of driving I was greeted by Angel at the front desk who was incredibly friendly and helpful. This is exactly who you want as the first face your tired guests see. Thank you Angel!

The room was very clean, which I appreciated. Noise from other rooms was minimal, except for the loud sound when toilets flushed. The location was easy to reach. I was placed in a "handicapped" room, which I didn't require--it seemed there had been a computer glitch so that when I arrived shortly after 3pm to check in, no rooms were listed as available in the system. A second clerk suggested simply that I be placed in room 208 (the "handicapped" room), which she knew was clean. When the door to the room closed, it slammed--very loudly--so I had to be careful not to allow it to close by itself. The shower head didn't work, only the spray arm. There were small holes in the wall above the headboard of the bed, which was a little creepy.

The hot tub was broken and the pool was out of order. The pool was supposed to be fixed for our return stay, but it wasn’t. The TV in our room didn’t work and the ice machine was out of order. It seemed as though the staff was unconcerned with the issues we had. Oh, and the light when we went into our room didn’t work. We had to go across the room and turn on a lamp.

I would not recommend this hotel the staff was Ky friendly at all very nonchalant and uncaring. Hotel smelled musty and furniture was old and dated. The bed linens were dirty and when I asked for more the staff wasn’t concerned as to why just stated I would need to come and pick them up. The bed had dried bloody mucus in 2 spots on the bed long hairs were on the second bantams sheets along with dirt. The shower also had someone long hair in it.

The room was large and clean One person at front desk and a line waiting to register and collect keys — took me 45 minutes just to get my key since I had pre-registered. Lots of internal noise with the bathroom fan extraordinarily loud and connected with light switch so could not turn it off without turning off the light. Had a 1-2 second burst of the fire alarm in the room, dogs barking down the hall, Etc.

I told them several times my tv wasnt working they kept telling me they notified management everything me & my husband went to desk we didnt have tv access the whole stay they never address or get back to us we was very dissatisfied with not having the situation addressed or taken care of.
