Love it! 😍

The hotel could use some updating, carpets and furniture in the room is a bit outdated and very stained.

The staff was super friendly

Roof top view and friendly staff.

We had a suite and it was really nice. We only stayed the night. I think if we go back to Memphis, this would be really an excellent place to stay for a few days.

The staff were so helpful, particularly the doorman Diedrick (not sure of spelling). The room was spacious and clean. The rooftop bar was lovely. The breakfast was good.

Out of my expectation that this hotel in downtown Nashville is so well maintained. Have a nice over night stay in this city with the roof view.

Everything was decent. However, the check in process could be smoother and check in staff could be more pleasant.

it was a great hotel had great food room was really nice view was great. the staff left a lot to be desired however. I had my doordash stolen off the front counter. it was delivered 4 minutes before I made it downstairs. I still would recommend this hotel just don't get food delivered.

Better telling ppl about the parking situation

One of the highlights of my stay was being unexpectedly upgraded from a queen room to a beautiful King Suite! It was such a pleasant surprise and made my experience even more memorable. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed to relax after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable within walking distance of Beale Street, the Mississippi River, and many great restaurants and attractions. The rooftop bar offers incredible views and is the perfect place to unwind in the evening. If you're looking for a hotel with exceptional customer service, a great atmosphere, and a convenient downtown location, I highly recommend the Hu Hotel. The unexpected room upgrade was the icing on the cake! I truly appreciated the hospitality and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Memphis. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was ok for an old hotel

The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Room was decent. Well lit, deep tub, comfy bed, alot of room. One trash can for the entire space. You will have to pay for parking! You can risk not getting towed by going all the way to the top but....I wouldn't risk it. Lol! Pretty close to Beale. Overall decent but I wouldn't stay here again.

It was such a chic place to stay beside the pay for parking and breakfast paid separately. You might as well stay somewhere off the highway for the minor inconveniences. The room it’s self was nice but w the money they make off separate charges they NEED to take out that sticky, nasty, stained carpet. I didn’t feel comfortable to take off my shoes! It kept the retro style feel of old Memphis but maybe deodorizers or quarterly professional sanitation can remove the lingering smoke smell from the 80’s. Everything else was actually nice. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The company itself need to put money back into the building.

There was some mold on the floor of the shower in 403 but overall the room & hotel were excellent
