Fantastic breakfast and great free shuttle to the airport with a super friendly lady… Duffy.

Our front desk check in experience was great she was very helpful. Free breakfast was delicious. Beds In our Rooms were comfortable but our room 422 was not as cool a/c wise. The elevators were out of service for one morning of our stay and that really sucked walking down and back up 4 floors. They had the elevator fixed by the time we got back from Graceland. This hotel offers free shuttle to Graceland. I also was informed at check in about a nice restaurant Marlowe’s and they have a pink limo that comes to the hotel to pick you up and takes you to and from the restaurant which was nice. Parking was gated which was nice. They have a outside guitar shaped pool. They have one washer and dryer on the 3rd floor that takes $3 to wash and $3 to dry.

This hotel is an excellent choice if you are wanting a clean, comfortable & reliable hotel close to Graceland! We enjoyed our stay & will definitely come back again!

Good location, breakfast, beds were comfy! Elevators kept going out. The staff did Dennis text to keep us informed when it was down or being fixed which was helpful.

There were just a couple issues during our stay: bathtub was very slippery as the non-skid tape was minimal; and the Keurig did not work properly - when asking the front desk about it, the response was "I've never stayed in the rooms so I don't know about that". Other than those 2 issues, I give 5 stars. Room was very clean, staff was great, breakfast was delicious and they had parking within locked gates. We will stay with IHG hotels again and again.

Our overnight stay here was wonderful. Tara at the front desk was friendly and gave us lots of info. They shuttle to and from Graceland which made it so easy for us, and even have a deal at Marlows BBQ which was great. They picked us up at the hotel and brought us back after dinner. The hotel staff was Sooo friendly and helpful. Michelle and Ms Moody (I think was her name) in the breakfast area were very friendly. Would definitely stay again

Everything was perfect at the hotel. The only thing we didn't like was the area where it's located at but it's where Elvis's mansion is at. The hotel is gated so we felt safe in the property.
