I love how clean the property is kept. The valet drivers are always professional and extremely accommodating. I dislike how small the bathrooms are. The toilet is in the same room as the shower. All toilets should be in a separate room.

Service was phenomenal! Spa was amazing. Couch and chairs need to be cleaned.

The spa was fantastic and one of the highlights of the visit. The hotel is also extremely convenient because it is connected to Tysons Galleria, so there are great food options, shopping, and Shotted Coffee right there. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was professional, friendly, kind, attentive and helpful…from the Front Desk to the valet to the restaurant staff…appreciated everyone!

Not enough can be said about how helpful and courteous the staff were, or how clean and well maintained the property is; however, for the price, one would expect that there would be at least one movie channel like HBO or Showtime available on the TV. The channel guide didn't even show what was playing on any of the channels.
