I had a great experience at this hotel! It was Clean, the staff were great, and the breakfast was excellent. It was close to the McKinney airport, which was the reason for my trip. I would definitely stay here again.

the breakfast was very good. My room has a clogged sink and the maintenance staff never came to unclog it. The main door was not accessible with the key card. The front desk stated that they have been waiting for a part for over a year. With all of that being said my husband and I was there for a wedding and we were pleased with the location to everything.

This is my first time staying at a Hampton hotel. The hotel is close enough to walk to eat at one of the restaurants. The elevator when I first arrived at my floor it made a Weird noise and didn't open right away so I thought I was going to be stuck.

This was a nice hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast bar was above average having all types of options for all types of diets. There was a variety of fresh fruit. The staff really takes pride in great customer service.

Staff member, Tatiana was great. She greeted us with a smile and glad to have us. We had to check out a day early due to a death and we had no issues with checking out early. The shower could use a little more power. Other than that everything was great!

Only bad thing about the room is it was a handicap room so the closet rod was to low and the shower floor was really slick we did not request a handicap room

It was very clean in the rooms. Site hard to find. Only one working elevator. The ice maker on the 4th floor didn't work. The first room had no mini fridge or microwave. The carpet and chair were wet and very sticky. Internet wasn't plugged in. So they moved me to another room the next morning, because the night shift didn't document anything.My first room was still wet and very stcky.The second room had no microwave either but everything was dry (carpet and the chair.) I was told my room style didn't come with a microwave even though it was in the description I had, when I made the reservation.

It was very comfortable and a good breakfast!

All was great except breakfast was not ready as they said at 600. At 900 not fully ready. No waffles no oatmeal. Had to wait because I don’t like eggs and sausage and all the other available food.
