The hotel is very nice the rooms are clean and quite nice the breakfast was pretty good can't complain and the staff were friendly

Off the beaten path a bit but we'll worth it, clean, helpful staff and wonderful hot breakfast.

I really like staying in Staybridge suites when I travel with my family. Good space in the rooms, friendly-helpful staff, good value for the money these days. Amenities were excellent here-laundry, fitness center, basketball hoop outside for my teen, great breakfast.

The staff were responsive and friendly!

The room was spacious, but it had an odor that left me feeling dirty. Every time we left the room, it smelled when we returned. There was an electric air cleaner turned on in the room when we first entered the room. The hotel knew they had a humidity problem but hadn’t addressed the problem. The air conditioning was very noisy. The staff was very good and helpful. Breakfast was ok. I would not stay at that hotel again.

Decent place if you need to stay on east side. Stayed a few times over the years here. I like the gym and connecting free laundry room. Being a tide pod in a ziplock and then do laundry what you workout. Will stay at again.

Spacious and clean rooms

There were dirty towels and washcloths in the bathroom. None of the soaps etc had anything left in the bottles. Several of the dishes were dirty.

Room had dirty wash cloth hanging in shower, no tissue in box, no extra toilet paper. Ice machine didn’t work in freezer. Internet was slow. Location was Great staff were great at well. However when I rented the room on Expedia it said it had whirlpool tub/spa suite and it did not have a whirlpool tub!

Breakfast is limited

The hotel was in a great location and had a cozy vibe inside. For whatever reason, our stay was less than ideal. Our room appeared to have been carelessly cleaned- the floor still had debris on it (like pieces of paper, crumbs) and the beds had blankets with yellowed stains and hair on them. One of the beds, when the top sheet was pulled back, was clearly slept in with fuzzies and hair all along the sheet. We also asked the front desk for extra sheets, blankets and pillows for the couch, but there were no extra pillows and the staff seemed bothered by our request. The other disappointing aspect of our stay was the breakfast. When we went to breakfast on Saturday just before 10:00, the plates and bowls were gone and most of the food and coffee were not stocked. The staff were talking in the back. When the issue was addressed by other guests, the staff restocked the food, but by then we already needed to leave. I just want to say that we don’t normally have issues with Staybridge- so this was a surprising first.

Room layout was functional but multiple things were broken and room was dirty. Pool down for maintenance on multiple occasions, fire alarm went off. Most of the staff were not friendly, several were flat out rude and cussing.
