Charming hotel, loved it!

Good parking, bed, breakfast and proximity to old town Nothing, maybe the room a little small

The hotel was conveniently located to the historic center of Matera, within a ten minute walk. The parking was effortless and suitable for even a mid-sized car. The staff, was excellent from the moment of check-in to check out: professional, proud of their hotel, and helpful with details about the sites of Matera, gracious, friendly, and seeming to enjoy their responsibilities. The room was spacious, well designed and comfortable; the bed welcoming, the bathroom efficient with a terrific shower. The room, and in fact entire facility, was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The room had a balcony which overlooked the countryside around Matera and was a pleasant way to spend the early evening.The breakfast was fresh with fruit, cereals, eggs, tomatoes, and sumptuous pastries (and of course coffees and teas) Nothing

The hotel is beautiful, the room was exceptional. Within walking distance to the old town, parking available at hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful in recommending places to eat and how to visit the town. There is an elevator which is helpful. Would have loved to have used the pool, but too chilly

The air conditioning was working in a strange way and the location is not so near to the sisi

Lovely hotel in a perfect location, free parking and just a short walk into the centre. It was a bonus to have a nice pool and garden to sit by at the end of a busy day.

Amazing staff and the pool is beautiful. It was so nice to enjoy the pool even after I checked out before my train

Great location out of town but an easy walk in to the main streets. Loved our room on the top floor. Breakfasts were great. Staff were all lovely. Nothing really. A few more sun loungers by the pool would be beneficial.

Superb

Lovely room with patio on ground floor. Beds were comfortable, but quilts and pillows were all synthetic. There were a lot ants crawling on the desk top and the underfloor heating took a long time to regulate room temperature (although set at 19°C, it got too warm during the night). Breakfast was ok- very carb-heavy. Nothing hot and the meats and cheeses were quite bland. Tons of cakes.

Exceptional

A comfortable hotel with parking, located 15-20 minutes from the city's main street. It's very convenient if you're traveling by car. The rooms were small but pleasant, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff was welcoming and supportive. There is almost no daylight entering the room.

The staff were extremely helpful. The location was beautiful and peaceful, just outside town so fresh air and lovely views and no traffic noise, Can recommend paying extra for room with balcony, to benefit from the lovely views, Breakfasts were good with fresh fruit and good coffee,Rooms immaculately clean. We liked everything
