Very clean hotel, amazing staff and most importantly, affordable!!! Our stay was absolutely amazing!! Manny, the woman who runs the complimentary breakfast, was an absolute delight every morning along with the rest of the staff!! 10/10 would recommend!! Excited to go back there!!

The rooms were clean and employees were professional. The continental breakfast needs to be more than just carbohydrates. Nothing really for diabetics.

It is good service, maintained nicely with a very good location. The amenities were not a factor during our stay.

I love this place. It's quiet and I love how the windows open. It's nicely set away from the casino so you don't have the hustle and bussel. I highly recommend it.

Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Love the fact that the hotel isn’t right on casino property; much more relaxing atmosphere.

The staff was friendly & helpful at the desk. It was nice to have a shuttle to take us to the Theater at the Casino. They had a great breakfast selection, too. We would definitely stay here again.

Toilet leak water damage bathroom ceiling, not a complete breakfast, outdated rooms, shower 1960s diverter.

The casino shuttle was very convenient and the stay was very pleasant. We will absolutely stay there again.

The restaurant is EXTREMELY limited to any choices. A good value for the money as it is across the street from Foxwoods and has shuttles to take you there. Overall clean, no microwaves in room, staff are pleasant. Pool was clean but on the colder side for an indoor pool. Still a good value

The property advertised a hot tub, which was down when we arrived. That was the sole reason we stayed and apparently it was down for quite some time, so we were very disappointed. When I mentioned that when we checked out, the front desk was totally ambivalent to our concerns which was very disconcerting. Doubtful we would stay there in the future if they do not disclose that kind of a problem on their website.

We booked a king standard room, ended up with 2 full size beds. The toilet was leaking alittle, it was wet around the floor. When tried to take a shower, lifted for for shower to come on and the faucet went across the tub. Told front desk and showed video, didn’t really seem to care. Location is great near casino but probably won’t stay again.

The shuttle to the Casino ran every 1/2 hour, 11:00 was the last pick up. I wish I inquired about the schedule prior because we had to wait 30 minutes for an Uber. It's close enough to walk however I wasn't able to with my medical situation.
