Comfy beds. Windows pointed out to a boring parking lot. Pool was warm and great but it could have used a cleaning. Buffet breakfast was great. Parking reasonable

Perfect place

Rooms were out of date. Hallway carpet was dirty and stained. For the price, we expected better quality. Ice machine on our floor was not working. The on demand order app did not work. We placed a food order and the coffee shop never received the ticket to make it. We had to come down and see what was going on. Paid way too much money for the experience we received. The staff was friendly though.

It was a nice hotel with a good pool and nice restaurant. The room was comfortable; however it had a somewhat foul odor. They do not routinely clean your room unless you ask (which I didn’t realize). Also the pool was very cold although it was supposed to be heated.

The manager was patient and showed empathy. She was calm and understanding. The fact that I paid for two rooms. Bad communication. Did not get any warning or alert to pay, or that there would be a deposit upon arrival. The deposit is extremely high, $100 a night, 2 rooms, $800. I understand I was to get it back, but it was not mentioned in the messages or the receipt. Because I could have addressed it beforehand.

The location the beds the staff Some of the hotel rooms need work and the elevators should be renewed. I had to move rooms because the elevators should made noise that penetrated all the way to my room.

Was great

I like the location. There is a grocery store right next door so that was very convenient. The hotel was quiet. I would stay here again. Only issue was the $100 a night security deposit. I wish more hotels would be transparent about the amount beforehand. It should be posted on the website. I would rather have that $300 to spend while on vacation.

-Two lifts that worked -Generally quiet (seemingly not a partying hotel) -Clean room / comfy bed / modern functioning bathroom - Reception happy to provide / arrange extra tea, coffee, sugar milk etc. for the room without charge -Generally helpful staff -Breakfast / meals / drinks within the hotel a little over priced -Sometimes long queues at the main desk during check in / check out times, with sometimes only one staff member at the desk (not the staffs' fault)
