Staff did not seem to care for their job, we were handed a piece of paper with 3 different room numbers & told to go physically check them before picking one. Upon checking the rooms, they were filthy with roaches and the doors were left open so anyone could have entered prior to us. The bed accommodations did not match what we had booked and the pictures on the website are nothing like the property. People of all natures are walking about the whole time, there was yelling from the neighbors next door. not a place to stay with children.

I wouldn't send anybody there. That's not a hotel thats the projects. When I got there I was told to pick a room the first room I went to the door was kicked in I pushed it open with out using the key it was dirty used condom on the bed and all. Couldn't get in the room. Went back to front desk on my way police was just sitting in the parking lot posted in the parking lot while I was on the phone with consumer service there was a argument between tenants. Went back to the front desk because they wasn't answering the phone for anybody police doing a report at the front desk. Just a normal day in the projects.

I did not stay there, even trying to get in was dirty. I just get out and diside to go to another hotel. Also, the type of people and the way they look at us was very uncomfortable. I don’t stay not 10 mins and just get out.

I would never book here again. Roaches were everywhere and it was nasty

At checkin, I was given a master key and several room numbers to look at and choose which was best: #1: smelled terribly of mold, mildew, and smoke. no pillow, no comforter, very unclean. #2: there were open paint cans, brushes and rollers in the room; but based on the state, I don't think they had actually painted anything in this room yet. However, the smell of paint did not overcome the smell of mildew. Also no pillow or comforter. #3: least bad-smelling, had a pillow, shower rack pulled off the wall. Kitchenette was filthy and cupboards looked like they were falling off the wall - but I had no intention of using them regardless. I already had a headache, so went with #3 because it was the most tolerable odor-wise and had a pillow, and was close to the office and parking lot. It wasn't until I returned to the room that I saw behind a half-wall that not only was there mold and mildew growing and visible on the floor and wall, but also cigarette butts.

The nastiest environment I have ever stayed. I booked for 3 days but had to leave after one night stay. The smell was horrible. I couldn’t sleep. The bed and furniture belong to dumpster. Am yet to forward the videos and pictures to Atlanta Code enforcement. The outdated facility needs to be closed. The building has to be demolished for something better. I can’t imagine people are living there with their kids as a permanent residence.

The rooms were dirty and smelled like urine along with a lot of personalities wandering around the rooms.

They wrote spraying with water and bleach over the place. The whole property is flooding.. plus they didn't tell anybody that there was no hot water plus they never change the sheets from the other person. Since they were really dirty baby

This place is NOT worthy to be listed in your platform. Just to mention a few complaints: This place is dirty, most of room doors locks are damaged or faulty, there is trash accumulated on the corridors, others guests smoke in the premises beyond designated areas. The front desk attendant was making jokes about my payment. In summary it is nightmare to be there, I took my family somewhere else.

The worst . Pictures are deceptive. It’s an extended stay “hotel” . I use hotel loosely . It’s more motel . I didn’t even get to stay in a room because the keys did not work to the doors . Very dirty , I saw multiple insects . Stay away

Just take this hotel off your website. This isn't an actual hotel

The staff were lovely, but there were bugs everywhere, no shower curtain, no trash can, and the facilities looked in disrepair. I left without staying the night because I felt unsafe.

This place was dirty and run down. There were no towels and no pillows. Would never stay here again and don't recommend to anyone.

Property should have been condemned. Was given a choice of four rooms and all of them were terrible - walls were scratched, furniture were damaged, television were missing, beds were not made nicely. This owner had no business of running this place. There also was what appears to be some people loitering around on property, making me feel unsafe.
