Slept on box spring basically and the plugs didn’t work unless u had the flashing colored lights on.

Room was clean, but shower leaked onto the floor and mold was on bathroom ceiling; room was spacious and comfortable for one night but we would not stay longer; breakfast was good.

The hotel was really nice. Close to the beach than expected. Staff was friendly and the room was nice served exactly what I was looking for. A nice clean safe place to stay.

Terrible towels, so threadbare . the metal bed stands made a terrible noise if you accidentally bump into them. No lamps, only bright overhead lights, no proper curtains to block the courtyard lights. Location is good and it's not terrible for the price but not great either.

The breakfast was the hugest disappoint. The "continental breakfast" that was included was the worst I've ever experienced. It had cereal, some fruit, bagels, yogurt, and a belgian waffle maker. Not a single piece of protein was found, just carbs. Was a waste of time and our second morning there we didn't even come down for it. Overall, if you're looking for just a place to stay, this is below average. We will not be coming back to this establishment.

The complimentary breakfast offers a good variety, and the staff is always friendly. I wouldn’t necessarily consider this a downside, but the hotel doesn't provide as many toiletries as you might normally expect. You will also most likely need to request additional towels, since the rooms are usually stocked with only one or two sets. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel with lots of extras, this probably isn’t it. But if your goal is to have a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay while spending most of your day at the beach, it’s perfect. After all, the beach is the real luxury. Overall, this is a great value in a convenient location.

Hotel is well-located with plenty of parking. Our room was clean and everything was in working order. Beds were too firm for me but if you like firm beds you'll be great. Minor things we didn't like... the beds had noisy metal frames that were a little ridiculous. We kept hitting our feet and it made really loud noises. Blinds let in a ton of light which made it hard to sleep. Pool was clean and it was pretty quiet. Would stay again.

I arrived late check-in. There is staff 24 hours, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel is located in a safe area, within walking distance of several really good restaurants and stores, as well as the beach. There is $10 parking which is a reasonable price, most hotels are a lot more. The facility is quiet at night. There is a continental breakfast in the morning. All in all a very positive experience and I will definitely return the next time I am visiting Los Angeles.

Our stay was pleasant. The rooms were very spacious and the breakfast was good. The only complaint would be towels. This facility had a shortage on towels or something! I had multiple rooms booked to accommodate our family and the rooms did not have enough towels for the number of adults staying. I asked for more and was told I'd have to wait until morning, and was given a stack of hand towels and washcloths in return. Then, the next day when the rooms were cleaned our towels (along with one that I had brought from home) were taken and NOT replaced. I had never stayed in a place that had towels on lock down!!
