We were not aware that there were several concerts going on around us at the time that we booked our hotel. I was traveling along with my daughter and we were told that we needed to Uber to wherever we were heading that evening after traveling for five hours to stay there because we were not gonna be guaranteed to be able to park back at the hotel that evening. The closest parking would’ve been 3 miles for us to walk after attending our event about 6 miles away. I suggest you call ahead of time before booking to make sure that you’re able to actually park and get back to your hotel stay there.

The staff greeted my daughter and I and set us up in our room. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable after hours of driving. There are eatery and drink establishments in the area, walking distance.

Shower water pressure very weak. No clock in the room.

The check in and check out process was professional and welcoming… The bartender on Saturday (Gabbie?) was phenomenal and extremely welcoming… she made me feel like family in terms of drink and food orders… she is an asset to Tempo.

The staff

This is an extremely clean hotel. It's only been open a couple months. And still has that new hotel smell. Lol. Anyway, 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

This hotel is new but it needs microwaves in the rooms and the biggest issue we had was there was no designated parking for hotel guests and the surrounding venue payrons took spits close to the hotel which is so disappointing. Definitely not ideal for hotel patrons.

Everything was clean and very presentable. The only thing was the people in the room above ours walked very loudly and it woke us up a few times. There was also a lot of noise from the hallway in the mornings which made sleeping in difficult.

Exceptional

Property was great. I called for late check in, after midnight. After plane delays it was later & the reservation was canceled. I was still charged for the night.
