Sleep Station Hostel

Well-equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms. Complete misrepresentation of the [current] state of the hostel. There's major construction and dust everywhere affecting breathing and eyes. Workers smoking inside. Construction noise starting early a.m. To access showers, guests must walk up one floor through stairwell of a commercial building. Serious lack of security: two of three doors open and accessible to public at nearly all times. Male guests hanging out in female dormitories. Very limited reception hours.

Location, clean, staff was very friendly

Staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful, rooms and kitchen are very clean. Location couldn't be better. Trying to come up with something, but really, it is all great.

The hostel is very clean, the lady at the reception is very professional and well educated. The African cleaning lady is also very professional and hard worker, the reason why the hostel is clean It was strange how to find the hostel !

Very nice international hostel experience. A mixture of people of different ages, from different countries. Guests could be quiet or social as they wished. Convenient to the train station. A classic hostel where you feel like you are at home when you arrive, and you are sad to leave.

Na Room service staff/cleaners need more training on friendly communication with guest

Women rooms

I was traveling on a valuable bike and was unable to park it inside the building. There was an outside locked parking area but I want it under cover in case it rains. I would not stay there again if I am bicycling

Common kitchen available with free coffee, tea etc. Bring your own food. Roof patio overlooking parking and train tracks is OK. The price and location are superb, and we could drop off baggage before noon, visit Münster and check in later after 4PM. On ground floor below is Traumland, a great thrift shop with good prices. First time we stayed here we had a room (11 I think) facing the sunny hot side of building. If the window was opened wide (inward), you had to crouch under it or climb over the bed to cross the room. We have successfully avoided that in subsequent stays.

Staff was super friendly! I made a mistake and booked for Monday to Tuesday night, but could still stay Sunday to Monday at no extra charge. Super easy nice check-in, could leave my backpack before and after the stay. Great location. Nice roof terrace and the sell coffee in the morning :3

Easy 5 minute walk from the train station and into town. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Single room was basic but it was very clean and had a great firm bed. The shared bathroom was clean as well. Expensive for germany but very good value for Munster because it is an expensive city. Nice kitchen for cooking, free coffee/tea, and a cozy balcony to relax just off of the kitchen. I would stay here again if I ever return to Munster. The walls are very thin and your can hear everything in the other rooms so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The train tracks are behind the room and they can get noisy as well. The check in at 16.00 is very late and the check out at 10:00 is early compared to the other places that I have stayed at in Germany.

It was great, like a small community - had that decent vibe, I only experienced at a healthy, wise, sane meditation retreat in the past. Personal incompatibilities; I got some allergy, tho I guess that's on me

Clean It is not prepared for emergencies. My train was delayed and I arrived at 10 pm. Check-in was only until 8 pm. No one opened the door for me and I was outside the Hostel for a long time alone and in the dark waiting with mu suitcase. I called all the contact numbers that appear in booking and no one answered me. I was able to enter thanks to other people who opened and from the front I couldn't contact anyone either. I called and texted all the contacts and I didn't get an answer. I had to stay in a shared room thanks to the people who were staying and let me stay because it was already 11pm. I had booked a private room with private bathroom and the next day when I presented the situation they charged me for the private room. This was because it had been reserved for me, however I could not use the room and I was there.
