The facilities are great and the rooms are spacious. Location is also very close to the train station I made a non-refundable booking but due to flight delays in Dubai, i was a day late. I informed the hotel and they replied saying it is no problem. When i arrived i was told by the lady at reception that my room was given away. I started arguing with her that the room is paid for and I did inform the hotel i was going to be late. She then told me they can only give me a room after 3 pm and i have to pay a penalty for early check-in. I argued with her that the room was paid for and dont understand why i need to pay penalties. The worst was having my 9 year old daughter with me very tired traveling from all the delays. No empathy. This hotel will never see me again!

Room was 26 degrees. Climate control was locked on Heated mode. So NO AC. Only option was to open the windows but it's a VERY busy street with lots of sirens and loud traffic so had very rough nights with little sleep. After reporting the temperature with the staff they promised to send someone to look at it, but wasn't followed up.

Location is great, less than 15 min. on foot to the shopping area and touristic attractions, the train station is across the street and a parking house is right in front of the hotel. It was super quiet, which is much appreciated especially during the night. The bed was king-size, with one single big matress, not 2 separate ones. Breakfast could offer a weider selection, personnel at the reception seemed rather disturbed by our presence at the check-in and it was hot overnight, with no possibility to adjust temperature from the room. Also the pillows were super soft. Overall, the price is too high compared to other hotels that offer parking and overall better customer services (personnel´s attitude, breakfast selection, sauna & pool etc.).

Location is fine. Staff is friendly. Reduced parkingticket (for across the street). Switched from Superior room 412>513 after one night. But also uncomfortable warm (more guests complained). Airco could not be set at cooling due to time of year (April 17-19). Streaming by Chromecasts also failed and couldn't be fixed. The fridges only function if you put a bag of ice in it.

Hotel was good value clean and comfortable,breakfast was very good,with a very laid back environment. Nothing really,had a good stay.

Breakfast was good and this room was located at the quiet site. The window could open. Extra sofabed was comfortable. Coffee and tea complete. Not much space to unpack or leave stuff. Entrance not well marked and the parking space, Parking Hauptbahnhoff, is on the other side of the road and also not well indicated.
