We arrived around 4pm and waited 10 minutes for someone to check us in. Not sure where the attendant had been. Otherwise, the suite was great for our family having 3 of our 4 kids with us. The free breakfast was standard for a hotel. The crustless quiche was the best part, although the kids enjoyed having a waffle. It was kept very clean. We would stay here again as it’s very convenient to the college.

Everything N/A
-
Clean, easy to find, close to where our event was located The room was a little small. But it was enough for one night.
-
N/A The plumbing/water pressure was not great. The plumbing for the toilet was awful. Would not flush. Usually hotel staff clean rooms without signage on the door. I was sad to say this was not the case with my stay.

We expected it wouldn’t be super quiet considering the location being next to the airport, but we did not expect the rest.

The crowning touch was the excellent breakfast in the morning!

We arrived at midnight and Tia was so welcoming for us weary travelers. We were so tired, we slept in and missed breakfast. We noticed the sink drains really slowly, hence the 4 stars. Other than that we slept well. The hair dryer was brand new. We love the convenience of this hotel to the airport, highway entrances, shops and restaurants nearby. We always had a parking spot available despite a full lot. The staff were nice and greeted us as we were coming and going. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

everything was great. anything i asked for was immediately completed or taken care of. i made a mistake on a booking and they helped me correct it as well. no complaints. everyone of the employees in any of the positions were helpful and so sweet and friendly. i recommend and would be sure to stop here next time i’m traveling through. i wish i could afford to tip them all 5x’s as much! thanks for the wonderful experience.

My family of three stayed here for 2 nights. The suite with two beds and separate living area with desk/couch was perfect, giving us room to spread out when needed. The hotel is clean and we took advantage of the included breakfast and fitness center. There’s a lot of shopping within a quick car ride, as well as a restaurant right next door which we took advantage of for a late dinner after a long day out. The only downside is that it’s on a busy road so there was some road noise in the room, but not enough to keep us awake. I’d stay here again next time in the area.

Breakfast was excellent. It was very accessible. waffles were hard to access when a lot of people want them.

Precious was great in the morning and I think I remember her name as Brenda during the afternoon was amazing
