Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Loveland

The Microtel provided fine accommodations for our stay; however, they seemed short-staffed for the number of guests staying at the hotel. While we were there, they had an electrical issue, so there was only power in the bathrooms on the day we checked out, and they were not able to fix it before we left. The front desk person was also responsible for managing the very basic breakfast area, and there was one cleaning staff member for each floor. The hotel room was not a comfortable space to spend time unless you are sleeping. We were staying there for a college visit and a dance intensive at the convention center, and we spent more time sitting at the local Starbucks than we did awake in the hotel. The Microtel is definitely a more affordable option in Loveland for an acceptably clean hotel, if you plan to spend your time exploring the surrounding area.

The staff was never available I had to wait over 20 mins just to do an early check in that I had to pay for

My biggest critique is I want it clean and it was very clean. I would stay there again in fact, I am in August.

The elevator sounded like something was going to happen, it smelled like marijuana. For breakfast it would be nice if you offered a little more for people with gluten allergies.

2nd floor carpeted hallway had crumbs all over floor, not vacuumed at all during my 3 day stay. rude, loud talking right outside my door for about 10 minutes.

Otherwise clean and convenient hotel for the$.

Everything was wonderful.

Friendly staff. Newer and pretty clean. Signage states linens will be cleaned every 3rd day, but if you need clean towels, more soap, they will take care of your needs. Breakfast was decent ... always sausage, potatoes, cereals, hb eggs, waffles, sweet rolls ... weekends sausage gravy and bisquits

Spacious, clean room, basic fitness room with cardio equipment only and basic continental breakfast.

It was very good for the price. I understand that it was a minimalist hotel. But to not even have any cups in the bathroom or conditioner. We did not know to bring our own supplies.

Great location, our room had a great view of the mountains and the beds were comfortable. That is where the positives end. Everything else was not good. Front desk lady didn't greet me, wasn't cheerful and didn't even want to get out of her chair from the office when I arrived. She just leaned back in the chair and asked what I needed. When I said I was checking in, I think I ruined her night by making her get up. However the guy in the morning at check out was friendly. Next, our room was not cleaned properly, someone's old food was left in the fridge. Regarding the property, there was a plastic bag covering something in the ceiling. Taped up and just looking really trashy. The carpet was sooo filthy and pieces of the carpet were peeled up. Breakfast was not good either. We are 3 people who are not picky about food and we couldn't finish after a couple bites. I will not stay here again if im in the area.

Everything was very nice. We would stay again.

Super clean and felt luxurious N/a

Location was great for us to get to and from the Northern CO Regional Airport. The room was comfortable and clean. We DID NOT get a wakeup call as requested the night before. No one ever came to the desk in the morning as we were leaving our room key cards. Fruit provided by the "cook" was spoiled with bad spots.

Lupe did an awesome job of greeting and securing a room for my wife and I. NA
