Omni Louisville Hotel

Loved the location and the cleanliness of the hotel

It was upscale and quiet. Downtown close to the racetrack

Decent hotel but missing on details.

The Omni was a beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities, restaurants and a speak easy! The staff were all very friendly and helped with anything we asked about. Would recommend this hotel and definitely stay again!

This is the first time we stayed at an Omni and will definitely be back! Ours was for a no-kid weekend and we used the spa(highly recommend), went out to eat and just relaxed.

They were over an hour from check-in getting us a room, there was barely any place to wait while we waited on them to have a room. We asked if we could utilize the pool in the meantime, we were told no. We lost over 1.5 hours of being able to use that amenity which is what we came for. When we did finally get a room, and were able to utilize the pool, there was not seating and you could barely get anyone else in the pool. For $350 a night, I expected more from this resort.

Oh MY! 6-star hotel, if I could give it that. I felt like I was at a resort (out of the country). Top-notch facilities, top-notch staff, top-notch rooms, top-notch ambience, top-notch amenities! I came to Louisville for a work trip. I am already making plans to come back later this summer to explore the town some more on a personal note. We couldn't have been more pleased. It was really one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in a long time. GREAT TIME, GREAT PLACE!!!! Will definitely be back!

This hotel was phenomenal. I really had no need to go outside of the hotel. I stayed here for a conference and being that everything was scheduled, having several food options to conveniently choose from was amazing. The only thing I was disappointed in was the Wi-Fi service. Overall, I will definitely star/pin this hotel as one of my favorites.

If you don’t do valet parking it’s a bit of a walk from parking to room but there is a nice market you walk through that is wonderful

Everything was walking distance to the hotel. Nice place for a getaway.

Awesome place to stay at people were amazing. Rooms are clean. Pool is awesome.

The location and food options on the property were great, comfortable stay, clean and beautiful room. Parking and wi-fi weren’t included, and several times we weren’t able to get ahold of the front desk. We also asked for towels that were never delivered to our room.

Hi, real quick. The pool bar had no staff there the entire stay. The "market " had a private function and we were unable to get a coffee or a grab and go sandwich. There were no notice of either amenities being closed. We had to leave the hotel and go to the Marriott for dinner one night because EVERYTHING was closed to the public, even though we were guests for 8 days there. Next time we'll choose a better place with amenities that actually are for all the guests of the hotel
