Very pleasant stay at this Holiday Inn. Great breakfast. Clean room. Easy to find off 264 on our way to Cincinnati.

Both washer and dryer were broken. I did call two days before and ask. I was told both were fine and working. The guy at the front desk said. They have been broken for last month.

Great breakfast and good variety. Room was great.

I have booked several stays for my guys working out of state, and every time it has gone smoothly. That for me has been very helpful.

Airport is short drive away. There's a pool and gym. Coffee is available at the lobby. Rooms with locker, fridge, but no coffee machine. Beds are with nice mattress and clean sheets. Breakfast is Continental. Has good amount of seating area in the lobby. Staff is OK, but didn't find that welcoming.

Room was clean and fairly sound insulated. Bathroom was small and tight to maneuver. Inside corner room allowed the room to the immediate left to be able to look into our room unless we pulled the curtain shut. This is a safety issue, creepy, and a major design flaw. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with bacon or sausage daily, along with eggs and some kind of waffle or pancake item. Wish that it offered fresh fruit. Management was seen several times orienting new employees and redirecting some employees to maintain higher standards. This really showed management is trying to run an upscale and classy establishment. The management oversight is much appreciated as a guest. Parking options were good. I would stay here again, and will! I will not stay in an inside corner room again. That was unsafe and creepy knowing people could look in my room.

I use Holiday Inn’s expresses because they are always clean. The room in bed are comfortable. Get a very nice hot breakfast in the morning and they have dove products in the bathroom all around a solid choice everywhere I go.

Definitely recommend staying here, property is very clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. They have an excellent breakfast! Also loved that they had a washer and dryer free of charge.

The management at this location was nonexistent, after checking out I realized I left my gold chain with a pendant on the bed. I immediately called the location and was initially told they did not find anything after asking to please double check they said they only found the pendant but not the actual necklace which is worth a significant amount of money. I asked to speak with the manager only to be told there is no manager present but they could share an email. Calling their corporate office did not help either stating managers do not work on weekends. I went back to the hotel to speak with their staff which one of them said they did find the pendant but did not think it was worth anything .I asked how could they find one thing but not the other when i left my necklace locked. I asked for their staff names to file a police report and now the staff gets a hold of their manager via phone. Instead of helping me Tony states why would the staff return the pendant and not the necklace. Needless to say I am out of my father's necklace and corporate unable to help but tell me their management staff would best help me. Such a lack of policies , staff and management, will never use holiday inn again.
