Clarion Pointe Louisville East

The staff at check in and check out was very nice. The only bad things about this hotel was that, we weren't told the hours of breakfast being served, the shampoo they provide in the shower was not good, as it took a lot of it to even wash my hair clean. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling from the room above, as the person in that room was showering. I made sure to let the staff know at check out about that issue. The beds were it very comfortable. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and it was very clean

One night, clean, friendy good night's stay

The toilet had the wrong lid and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. Had to hold it up. The pool was way too chlorinated and no hottub so didn't use. Had a difficult time get the window blinds to stay close, parking lots light very bright. The location of the hotel was by a major highway and there was zero shopping within walking distance. Plenty of fast food nearby though. If you dont mind the pool and the bedding, an ok place to stay.

Room was very quiet and very clean. You could enter from outside the building on one side or inside the building which I thought was convenient. Pool looked nice. Parking was well lite

Cigarette smell, the whole room had a bad smell, I spent most of my time outside

Bathrooms need a redo for disabled guests. Fixtures are too short.
