Nice clean hotel secure easy parking walkable

Lovely property

The property itself is a lovely place to stay but the entire week I stayed here there was no access to any food on the property, no restaurant or room service the whole week but other than that it’s a nice place to stay.

This is a go-to for us because we love Los Gatos and they are dog friendly. Loading and unloading is self-help which we don’t mind. The rooms are clean, quiet (sometimes there is some noise like motorcycles, late night crowds on weekends, but that’s Los Gatos) and decent size for two plus a dog. Cafes, restaurants and shopping are all with in walking distance. There’s also a mini redwood forest park across the street near the post office where dogs can walk and have a drink at the fountain.

Excellent location and setting. Quiet clean rooms and a very convenient parking with chargers.

Friebdly staff and welcoming. The location was great and so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Bed was hard, hair on shower wall, carpets have lots of stains, apples at reception were rotten and staff clearly didn't pay any attention. Like literally half the apple was super brown and very obvious. I pointed it out and nithibg was dine so I disposed it. "Balcony" room was a walk out without any furniture to sit.

Fire pits didn’t work and the front desk didn’t care or even offer to help when we asked. No microwave in the rooms, mini fridge sits on the ground in the walkway so there is barely and room to walk between the bed and tv. Overall a terrible experience and will not stay there again.

Everything about the hotel was excellent

Room was very small along with small balcony. I made and paid for this reservation 6 months in advance expecting a more generous room. I did not get that!!!

Location and staff were LOVELY! The property is just a bit dated.

The property was just I asked for my room to be clean the floors to be mopped. They were filthy. I mopped the floor myself and sent it down to house cleaning, and they tried to give me a different story. I asked to speak with a manager who never contacted me. The first room they put me and had Cheerios on the floor glitter in the chair and the fan to the air conditioner would not shut off. The beds are hard as rocks.

The location is nice Our room smelled terrible. There was some type of deodorant or air freshener that made the room uncomfortable. It was so strong and never went away.

Bathroom smelled like mildew. Very dated.

Spacious rooms, great area for walking and dining.

The hotel is beginning to show wear. This could be a red flag. A five star hotel that lets basic maintenance slip could be a sign of financial insolvency.
