FOUND Hotels, Santa Monica, Series by Marriott

This hotel served us well. It is a cute, little out of the way hotel on Santa Monica Blvd that is close to everything but not in the heart of traffic. It is well maintained and a cute vibe. It is slightly understaffed but staff was friendly. It is attached to a Mexican restaurant that looked great although we did not have the opportunity to patronize it. The breakfast bar was fine. Slow if you are in a hurry. We would stay again if needed.

The staff were friendly and very helpful; there is a communal kitchen area and laundry room on the ground floor, and free curbside parking is available in front of the hotel. The reason I gave it four stars was the smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the room.

It was in the neighborhood that did not seem safe and the sheets and pillowcases and carpeting were dirty

August went out of his way to help us and was very nice! What a great employee!!!

The hotel and bar/restaurant were very nice and well maintained. The staff was excellent. No fitness room, so we were directed to LA Fitness, which was too crowded for a consistent workout. Definitely stay at the hotel, but skip the LA Fitness.

Staff not helpful. Room’s mirror was broken. Carpets were dirty. Changed my room and it got worse. Room was very noisy. Would not recommend.

Staff were lovely, room was utterly barebones - might as well have stayed at 1-star motel for 1/4 the price - would not stay again

Staff vere helpfull

Fine for 1 night, but property felt a little off. Seems like it used to be something else and was converted to a hotel and they threw a little decor here and there to try to make up for it.

Rooms are clean. Roomy. Staff are pleasant and most helpful. The facility is perfect for business and family travelers. It's convenient and close to many popular interest areas. The area is safe and street parking available. Have to be smart like any other place, but generally safe and would recommend for its price point.

Rooms are dirty, carpet is nasty, no parking, cheapest beds ever you can hear every move.

Staff was so helpful and friendly with recommendations. Property has may cool places to chill and hang out. Room was so cute for a weekend girls trip with the bunk beds, felt like sleep away camp but with more drinks and nearby shopping. 10/10 highly recommended. I plan to stay here again

Rooms were nice and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for our visits to the Santa Monica pier, Beverly Hills and Little Tokyo.

Loved the room, restaurant, not a fan of the food for breakfast but the coffee was amazing!! Overall great stay!!

Nice lobby, nice rooms, great front desk reception people.

There was some flooding due to the storm

Room was perfectly okay, nothing extraordinary and there were stains on the carpet, the air vents in the bathrooms barely worked and steamed up the whole room, but for a place to sleep it was fine. Wifi cut out continuously, forcing other patrons to go elsewhere to work, not worth the 300~ a night I paid for me and my coworkers. No amenities either.
