The staff have an attitude. Trying to come accros as friendly but soon enough they loos it and becomes obvious; you are not important as costumer, they are "in charge". Humiliating. At 2:30 pm there was no room I can check into. Yes, 3 is the checkin but please... They make me waited with my luggage in the lobby 40 minutes for a room. The AC unit stings mold - terribly! No AC for my stay... Problems with WI-FI and had to use my phone's Hotspot. And lastly, I booked on Saturday for Sunday night. The info at Hotels.com was $12 parking. When I arrived it was $25. Asked why? Answer: When we have more people, like convention, we up the price. Obviously the Hotels.com haven't updated, not ourproblem. Do you want parking or not? Never again at that place!

This place you had to pay daily for parking, every day you have to reactivate the keys,bath soap was a little piece , staff was not friendly. The worse place I ever stayed so far. Breakfast was made in the microwave infront of you .

It is a good location to nearby attractions. However it was very loud and hard to sleep.

The only negative was having to remember to reset room keys every morning at the front desk. Otherwise they wouldn’t work. This happened to us a couple times. We were told it was for security reasons.
