Location to the beach and shopping on second street was great. Parking was a serious challenge. There are not enough spots for all the guests. So expect some parking anxiety.
-
The location was good - right next to a Vons and not too far from the beach The room had no fridge or microwave or coffee machine. There was no phone to dial for the operator. I needed more towels in the morning because I used the two they provided on the first night. I called the main number using my own phone and there was no answer so I never got anymore towels.

Location was great to walk to beach or to get breakfast at a local diner. Room was comfortable and clean. Parking was very tight.
-
It was close to the beach. Easy to find parking. We rented 3 rooms and were able to be adjacent to each other. The sofa bed has a thin mattress and only good for younger people.
-
Clean room, comfortable bed, but parking was not convenient.
-
Cute little hotel right off the water. Comfortable beds. Cute rooms. Only negative was the parking but that’s the way it is in Long Beach. We will definitely be back. Staff was responsive when direct tv didn’t work and got it figured out. Very friendly management. Highly recommend

Do not go here. Nowhere to park if you do park you’re locked in by too many cars no coffee no microwave. Very small building. Nowhere to park when you first arrive to go to the office and then the parking gets worse after that.

The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. The place was recently renovated, so everything was in good condition. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. There was a lot of natural light. The location was great since it’s in walking distance to some restaurants (which has good food) and the pier. There was even a nearby Vons, 7-11, AM-PM and liquor store. All within walking distance. Parking is a little tricky since they have a small park lot with room for maybe….4 or 5 cars (I don’t recall.) There’s plenty of street parking, but depending on where you park there’s a time limit. There are no amenities here except for a small mini fridge that you can place drinks. No ice machine, pool, etc. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We would have tried to stay for one more night since we couldn’t go home yet, but to spend close to $300 for another night was a little out of our budget.

It was alright.

Best place to stay if you’re going to the beach. Room was immaculate. Extremely crowded parking lot.

location and design of room

Be prepared to have your own water and coffee. The room does not have a coffee maker or water bottles in the fridge. Some of the rooms are small and do not have a suitcase rack. They’re very clean and very neat walkable to a restaurant and close to the beach and pier when pulling up to the hotel, it looks very old and in a strange area the rooms have been modernized fixed up
-
Right in the middle of everything! Parking is tight, so checking in right at 3 is a good idea.
-
The facility on the outside is not exactly in the nicest of or the newest, but the inside of the hotel is very, very clean and updated. My only complaint was they didn’t have a small coffee maker or waters in the fridge and I was charged $20 an hour for being led into the room three hours early after getting off my ship at 8:30 in the morning, they did allow us to store our luggage and go walk around .
-
Rooms newly refurbished. Close to beach. Wanted to charge $25/hour for early check in. Internet and TV access was poor and soundproofing was virtually non existent.
-
The bathroom light didn’t work and we did let them know and they said they were going to check it and they never did, no shower curtain, which is not good especially when you have your family with you, it has glass doors out in the view, the area is ok, walking distance to the beach,

Parking is terrible. The room was clean and nice but the alley behind the room had some homeless people camped out and was way too closed for comfort.
-
The shower pressure was intense and made the water come out the shower door cracks, but it was manageable
