The room was in poor condition as far as the microwave was very old and broke the walls was extremely dingy the bed was rock hard and bathroom was not the cleanest and spiders joined me in the shower out the building was a lot of contraction material including several toilets but the one in my room was not new

Price wasn't bad, but the room was very outdated and poor. Checked out May 15th. It's now June 2nd and my deposit is still pending. They still haven't released it!

The majority of the towels provided were very stained with a multitude of colors. The bathroom was very visibly dirty with hair and dirt and whatever else on the floor as well as the shower. The actual room was very similar on the floor as well as the bed sheets having stains and weird odor.

The hotel did offer pet friendly rooms at extra charges per pet, . HOWEVER my pets started coughing terribly all night evidently allergic to something used in the room prior to our stay. !!! NEEDLESS TO SAY WE HAD TO LEAVE EARLY A DAY AS WE HAD BOOKED IT FOR 2 NIGHTS BUT WE COULD NOT STAY UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES. NO REFUND AS I BOOKED THROUGH, HOTELS.COM, AND NOT THEM DIRECTLY, .UNFORTUNATELY, THE HOTEL WAS NOT AT ALL REPRESENTED AS ON LINE!!!. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY DISSATISFIED. DIRTY, SEE THROUGH THE SIDES OF DOOR, BOOGERS ON THE WALLS, FLOOR WAS DIRTY, CLEAN TOWELS , CLEAN SHEETS. DIM LIGHTING, WE THOUGHT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A NICE MOM AND POP HOTEL AS DEPICTED ONLINE , WHAT A SHOCKER....IT WAS NOT.. LOTS OF CONSTRUCTION WORKERS , THE OWNER WAS PLESANT, BUT WE WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN,,,

Very old and out dated. Rooms were awful beds were hard and shower was nasty and didn’t work well.

The room was filthy, ceiling falling down in the bathroom, room smelled like straight weed, cigarettes. The clerk was rude. I booked a 2 bed room thru expedia, when i got there, they gave me a ONE bed room, we had our teenager with us and had to go buy an air matress, even tho we were to have two bed. Worst motel ever

They sold my room and claimed to never get my confirmation number. Then tried to sale me a room that didn’t have water and told us when someone checks out then we could use their room to shower.

Booked this property at 10:30 am through Expedia. Tried to check in at 1:30, the owners said there was no reservation. Showed my receipt AND confirmation number still nothing. I messaged an agent from Expedia (who ultimately helped me get a full refund), who said they see the payment. They also tried multiple times to contact the property and the manager wouldn’t answer the phone. 2 other people had this same issue at check in. Not sure whose fault it was but I didn’t like the idea that they wanted to charge my card for a SECOND room payment after showing I had already paid. Saying “one or the other will issue you a refund if paid twice”. No thank you.
