The concierge people, especially Franke, we're helpful, thoughtful and friendly. She anticipated our needs, executed our special wants....she went beyond our expectations. Kudos to Franke! It was an effort to get a bucket of ice. It was a lot, 2 buckets a day. We like ice. Originally, we were being charged for every time we asked for a bucket of ice. However, after speaking with the asst Mgr, the charges were erased. We put the bucket in our fridge which lengthened the melting time of the ice cubes. Such a minor thing with a happy ending!!

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Every member of the reception team was very understanding, helpful, and always willing to assist. I requested an extra night’s stay, and the staff member who helped me was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Overall, all the employees were outstanding and made my stay even more enjoyable

The location is ok The ACs were broken and the staff weren’t cooperative. We couldn’t sleep for our entire stay from the extreme heat. We were promised portable ACs but they failed to deliver. They also promised to give us a discount on our stay for the inconvenience caused, but when it was time to checkout they REFUSED to give us said discount. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone at all! Specially during summer

Location Electric power issues almost every day we need to contact them for technician , air condition was not cooling at all , housekeeping not that much cleaning, toilet was smelly ..

Excellent location within walking distance to Chelsea flower show The car park was rather tight, difficult to open doors.
