The hotel was amazing, with interiors that were both aristocratic and beautiful. I was given a complimentary upgrade to a fantastic suite. All the staff were very friendly and professional. I was traveling with my child, and she absolutely loved meeting Lilibet the cat. The hotel also offers a variety of activities for kids, which were engaging and enjoyable. The spa is also of a very high standard. Overall the food wasn't amazing. They need to improve the kitchen.

The staff were incredible from start to finish! Jack, Daniel and Joseph were absolutely faultless! Also the lady who was our butler who I sadly forgot her wonderful name but she was so lovely too! They were super friendly and nothing was too much for them! Also just genuinely nice people to chat to! Absolutely nothing it was perfection!

This is an extraordinary hotel, not because it is beautiful (which it is), not because it is comfortable (which it is), not because it has so many amenities (which it does), not because it is so incredibly stylish (which it is), but because the people are absolutely lovely, warm, courteous, caring, polite, genuinely wishing to make you feel welcome. The level of service, the smiles, the conversations - this truly is a home away from home.
