The service was excellent, also the breakfast. Maybe better french baguette could improve it. The location is fabulous. I was very comfortable with the hotel, but the ground-floor room had noticeable vibration during the day, possibly from the Underground. Additionally, the bed seemed to be a queen one. Next day a talked with a very nice and competent manager who moved me to another room, with no noise and a king bed. I cannot remember his name, possibly Mohammed.

Fantastic location in a quiet street. Comfortable room which was lovely and cool. We arrived very late in the evening and the young night manager was extremely kind and welcoming. Nothing to report.

Super upgrade as we were celebrating husband's big birthday. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Nothing - just perfect.
