Nice comfortable room, great location. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They could have done a better job with the bathrooms. a bit sterile in appearance, narrow and slippery bathtub.

The location is great and very close to Hyde Park. I liked everything. But I’m a smoker so maybe a balcony would have been good. But it’s a great property.

The room used to be cleaned every day. There was nothing I disliked about the property itself. In fact, the location was excellent, the room was clean, and the hotel overall was very well maintained. However, the reception staff during my stay were extremely disappointing. I had paid a deposit and my checkout time was 2:00 PM. They called me at 2:30 PM, and I came downstairs at 3:00 PM after waking up. They immediately told me they would charge the full deposit. When I tried to discuss the situation, their attitude was very unprofessional and surprisingly rude. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, including several in London, and I have never experienced customer service like this. The moment they realized I was checking out, their attitude seemed to change completely. They were not welcoming, not understanding, and certainly not professional. It was a very disappointing end to what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

Location and room size I was disappointed and embarrassed at check-out when I was informed that a service charge would be deducted from my security deposit as a form of gratuity for the staff. I believe gratuities should always be voluntary and left at the guest’s discretion. and does not reflect the level of professionalism I expected from the hotel. I hope this matter will be reviewed to ensure a better experience for future guests.
