Staff were friendly & helpful. Hotel lobby & room were clean. We chatted with a few other guests and they all commented on how pleasant their stay had been.

Breakfast was amazing the staff was amazing especially Jasmine check-in was smooth and easy The apps on the TV in the room didn't work at all

Easy to check in. Pleasant service at counter. Near interchange and quick access to many areas of town. Very filthy toilet in first room we were assigned. No one available to clean. We requested another room.

The location and staff were great The first room the AC was barely working. It was very warm so they did move us to another room and were very nice about it. However, in that room there was no remote for the TV. When we tried to get a replacement they said someone must have stolen that one and they cannot replace the remote. So then we asked if they could move a TV from a vacant room to our room so that we can relax in our room and watch world Cup. World Cup soccer is very important to our family and we're looking forward to relaxing in the room and watching the last game of the day after a 10-hour drive. They could not do this. End up watching on my laptop computer.. We tried to call down to the reception to solve this issue with the remote but had to walk down every time because the phone that was in our room also was not working. We noticed that the room number and the phone number did not match. I don't know if that was the issue or but just generally wasn't working to call down.. so we had to make multiple trips up and down to get this resolved.. Also in the pool... Above one of the Jets, there is a very strong suction hole that isn't covered. When someone in our group lean their back against the wall, the pool it's sucked a huge amount of their skin and left a giant bruise. I couldn't believe that it was that strong cuz I went over and put my hand on it. It was very strong and painful. This is very dangerous. I was thinking about if a small child got their finger or toe or something sucked in there. It would be very bad. Wallsockets were coming out of the wall and looked dangerous. And in looking for the remote behind the bed behind the TV stand etc. Was filthy.. I will say the staff was very friendly and tried hard to make up for these deficits. But we definitely will not be back..

I called the hotel multiple times before booking to confirm how a 3:00 AM arrival would be handled and was told it would count as a single-night stay. After arriving, I was given different information and told I would need to pay additional charges to remain through the expected checkout date. The most concerning issue occurred when hotel staff entered my room unexpectedly while I was inside. This was a major privacy concern and significantly impacted my stay. I attempted to resolve the matter through the hotel, Wyndham Corporate, and Expedia. Unfortunately, I received inconsistent explanations and no satisfactory resolution. The biggest problem was not the initial mistake but the way the complaint was handled afterward. I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that accountability was lacking. I would recommend future guests confirm all arrival and billing details in writing before booking.

The rooms are clean. The location is close to interstate and it's easy to get downtown quickly. The room rates are always more affordable than others in the same area. I was a little surprised when I went to my room and found that door was propped open and all the lights were on. I hesitated to enter, so called the front desk. Apparently there had been some photographing happening that day and was why door was open. There was not a bar of soap or hand soap at the sink. Had to use the shower gel to wash my hands.
