Clean room and spacious. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and helpful.

Stinking sheets. Broken microwave. Leaking fridge. Disappointed with the stay

Breakfast was good. Location was close to camp. soooo, just stayed at one of your spark hotels in Arkansas picking our child up from camp. my wife recently had knee surgery and is on crutches. room 209. The room or door frame had warped so badly she could not open or close the door. honestly I had to lean in to it to get it to open and I can provide some torque. the room was unbelievably humid. like swamp humid or air conditioning broken humid. sort of felt like a swamp cooler without a filter. bathroom door would not stay open. unsafe! hair on the floor ( not ours). all in, room was gross. I am not going to yell at the staff. I blame your organization and it's policies. do better

The staff was great played wonderful music. Breakfast was good. Rooms was clean and quiet.

Nice clean property

Location and friendly staff. The shower doors wouldn’t close all the way. When we first walked in there was a stench that smelled liked marijauna and I had saw where it was a no smoking facility. The pillows were also very uncomfortable so my fiancé and I both didn’t get much sleep the one night we were there. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t the best hotel stay ever.

Itd be nice to have a waffle

It was located in a good place to grab supper quick. The room was clean. The staff were all amazing. The common areas were clean like the lobby and elevator. The parking lot was secure and well lit at night. There were several people smoking pot outdoors and would get on the elevator stinking it up. Also they would sit in their cars and stink up the areas to grab bags for the dogs to clean up. Also there are no side walks to walk the dogs. There is on in the front but you have to walk in the parking lot. Also their breakfast was not for me. I’m not a bagel fan.

The hotel was in a great location, the rooms were nice roomy size. The staff we're nice those that I had contact with The room was we're Paper thin you could hear everything the people next door were doing and I do mean everything smh. The hallway had a bad mold smell but praise God it wasn't like that in the rooms. The breakfast station needs an upgrade
