Tru by Hilton Lithia Springs, GA

It would’ve been nice to have a working pool when booking my travel plans that is something that I look forward to

This hotel was a great stop for our cross country road trip. The staff was great for both our check in and check out. The room was comfortable and we were able to get a good night's sleep for the rest of our trip. I highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Atlanta.

Nice place

I liked the staff member who greeted us and checked us in. He was very friendly, and you could tell he loved his job. The breakfast could have been better. The meat for breakfast was not very good, and the coffee bar should have had more options than just half and half to put in the milk for the "cream" option. There was also an incident in the breakfast area one morning. A woman did not have on shoes, and the staff member who worked in the breakfast area yelled at the woman instead of going directly to the woman to ask her to put some shoes on and not cause a scene or make other guests feel uncomfortable.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel. We even stayed in a pet friendly room and it was very clean and smelled good. They were constantly cleaning all over the hotel. The breakfast was a little lacking, but definitely fine for a free breakfast. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the lack of insulation/sound proofing. If you aren't a very sound sleeper, I sadly wouldn't recommend this hotel. We could hear our upstairs neighbors and hallway noises during all hours and didn't get very much restful sleep due to this.

Tru is a fun and modern hotel experience. It’s Hilton’s niche market for young professionals and families. Open lobby area has games, 24 hr coffee, etc. The front staff at Lithia Springs was attentive and positive. There was a mini fridge in the room but no coffee maker presumably so you can enjoy the community area in the lobby. Also no traditional closet or dresser in our room. Because Tru seems designed for people on the go.

I luv staying at Tru. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel and our room were very clean and parking was plentiful.

The Property was clean and the Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower was wonderful ,the breakfast delicious and the beds very comfortable. I didn't like that the pool was inside not outside and no microwaves in the room. I had to come out to the lobby to warm up my food.

The room and bathroom were clean and smelled clean! Pleasant staff! There was no microwave in the room and the coffee was not strong but overall great and comfortable stay!

We loved our stay, the breakfast was exactly what makes me choose Hilton!! My family had a restful day and evening. We appreciated all the good smelling amenities!! Lemon and sugar is my new find!!

The County Health Department had the indoor pool closed. I called hotel and inquired about their pool before arriving and nothing was mentioned about it being closed. This is the reason I decided on this hotel. The guest service who checked me in was a bit rude. Only thing she said was breakfast hours and asked if she needed to explain anything else. I would stay here again due to cleanliness and nothing else. Breakfast was not up to Hilton standards. Breakfast attendant was nice.
