Studio 6 Corporate Extended Stay Chicago Lisle IL

Reserved 3 rooms 3 months ahead of time and when I arrived at the facility they had gave all 3 of my rooms away to someone else. Had traveled 16 hrs to get there.😡

The entire hotel's carpet needs deep clean and the chemicals used to clean rooms smell too strong. The free cancellation policy is attractive.

We were left stranded in the middle of the night with no alternative, forced to scramble for accommodation at 3:30 AM in an unfamiliar city. Every nearby hotel was sold out. This is not just poor customer service — it is completely unacceptable and irresponsible to leave guests, including senior citizens, stranded at that hour. Expedia also called on our behalf and confirmed the booking — still they refused. Zero accountability, zero empathy, zero professionalism. Would never recommend this property to anyone. Avoid at all costs!"

When we got there the room was not clean at all we had to go to customer service and ask for them to clean the bed it was a spot on the bed plus the room had a bad smell to it horrible experience but the only part was good was the lady in customer service will never be back again .

Entire parking lot smells like pot smokers. Room was not ready at 3pm until 4pm. 3pm is check in. Not enough towels for 3 night stay. No cups, plastic or anything in the kitchen. Useless kitchen. Check in took forever.

Driving up to your business, trash was running over outside, trash on the ground around the front of the building, the door window was very nasty fingerprints , hand print, dog licks everywhere. The carpet was dirty. My room wasn't clean. Toilet seat and lid wasn't clean, floor haven't been swept, pipe leak from the sink. Socks and other things behind the TV stand. Old milk in fridge with hair inside the fridge. Dirty shower curtain, clean towels, bedsheets. This place need to be SHUT DOWN!

No breakfast at this location. Staff was friendly. Better service when asking for service in room. No one came to room to service a/c or help open windows as promised. Phone did not work. Room number had fallen off the wall so maybe staff couldn't find the room?

Wasn't able to stay..we were 4 hours into our 5 and half hour drive when Toya from the hotel called to tell us they cancelled our reservation because they overbooked Everything

No alternative accommodations or apology was offered. The manager spoke to me in an annoyed, aggressive tone from the start. As a result of this cancellation, I was left outside at 9 pm with my 94-year old mother. We had to drive an hour to my friends' apartment and sleep on the floor. I have since studied the hotel policies and they simply say that the check in starts at 3 pm. Nowhere does it say that your room will be given away if you check in later in the day. What is the point of making a reservation then?

Someone spilled cat/dog food all thru the entry way outside and in the foyer. And never cleaned it up. Elevator floor was gross. The folks who worked there were wonderful! Very accommodating. I only told them that the phone didn't work in the room and that there was no blanket on the bed. She was very nice very personable and gave me a nice clean blanket. I would give them a 10 any day! But the hotel itself deserves no stars.

The staff were extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Be prepared to pay an additional $2-per-day utility fee during your stay, which is not disclosed on either Expedia or the hotel’s direct site. If you could, book elsewhere.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful Wish you had a change machine in the laundry area. Need more water pressure in the bathroom

I booked a King bed room and got the confirmation, how ever when i reached hotel the staff said we were sold out completely and no rrom is available. after a huge discussion they offered me a queen bed room which is not at all accepted.

My room had a kitchen including a full sized refrigerator and a stove top, but not a single dish. No pans, no plates, no forks, no glasses. No coffee maker. I did not realize how bare this room would be and I did not think to ask for these basic amenities which are present in every hotel I've stayed at.
