Spark by Hilton Lexington Hamburg

We stayed five nights and it was for the most part okay. Cleaning staff were supposed to give us new towels, make beds and empty garbages every two days. They didn’t give us enough towels & our beds were not made. After I made the front desk aware there were no further problems. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. I would stay again for the price.

We just spent one night while driving to our final destination. The room was clean and good sized. Great location right off the highway. Good value for what it is.

We had a great stay at the Spark in Lexington! Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfy. Both the person we dealt with during check in and check out were incredibly nice and helpful. The person who checked us out even gave us recommendations on where to stop for a short hike on the way to TN. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who was traveling in the area. We didn’t eat the breakfast in the am as we went elsewhere so I can’t comment on that.

This was the nicest place we stayed in going across the country. Lots of parking, easy interstate access and lots of restaurant selections. In addition there are gas stations nearby to fill up at. My only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower.

It states that there is no elevator, there is an elevator there. Breakfast is simple muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit and coffee. Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The room was small, but clean -except the tub...had some weird streaks in it. The pillows were super comfortable!! Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Very minimal. Surprised. It didn't seem Hilton quality at all. Apples had a white residue on them - was afraid to eat them. Mostly carbs. They did have boiled eggs - took me over 5 mins just to get the shell off. Liked that the pool was not too cold. Thanks for that! Overall I'm not sure I would stay here again - if they switched up the breakfast that would be a game changer.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The first room they assigned us was great, except the AC unit in our room 240 made a vibration noise all night. We didn't notice it until we were getting ready to sleep. They texted us and asked how our first night was. We asked if they could send someone from maintenance. They gave us a new room! They also followed up via text to see if they could accommodate us in any way. The Bed was fantastic, the TV was big, the Breakfast was delicious & had food items you don't normally get, like Oat Milk, Granola Crunch wholesome cereal & several types of Bagels, Pancakes, Waffles, Eggs, Sausage & Fruits. Checking out was a breeze & they had many luggage carts available. And the hotel is very modern. It was easy to park and very safe area with many restaurant options to choose from.

The front desk was dirty, and the halls seemed like a dungeon. As did the room. The clerk seemed absolutely miserable to be there.

My Husband and I could not sleep. Our neighbors children were screaming and kicking the wall all night. I made a complaint but the noise continued

Nothing the front desk guy was very nice and helpful Upon arrival my phone immediately stopped working for some reason in the lobby while my friend’s phone still was working even though my phone had worked no problem prior to entering the building the check in process was fine and the gentleman was very nice. I got to my room and first thing was it was a bit dated to be a Hilton hotel upon first impression then I viewed the left bed I noticed was a black dirt stain on the cover I always inspect my bedding when I check in and that’s when I found the biggest dealbreaker which was boogers under the fitted sheet. It was as if they didn’t even bother to change the bedding at all on this bed between the dirt stains and most especially the boogers underneath the fitted sheet. How could I assure this bed had even been cleaned in the first place? I took pictures of my complaint and headed to the front desk. I showed the gentleman the pictures and initially asked for another room which he began to search for but I decided after the unsatisfactory feelings about the cleanliness to ask for a refund and find another place for peace of mind about the cleanliness of the facility. He apologized and was very nice and helpful I assured him he did nothing wrong I just was very unsatisfied with the state of the room. My stay was cancelled and I found lodging elsewhere.

We tend to be healthy eaters, and the only healthy option was hard-boiled eggs, but there was no salt. We even asked at the front desk and they just had pepper.
