Always friendly and clean, the visitors however are to be trained how to “close” bedroom doors and not to bang them closed

Sooo convenient

The online images are 100% deceptive--this is place is, in a word, a DUMP. The external stairs are unlocked, the place smells of mildew, and the rooms were shabby and poorly maintained. We paid a premium for a room during an event weekend, which had missing lightbulbs, stained carpets, barely any hot water, an AC unit that could not adequately cool the room, and tired bedding. Do not stay here unless you are desperate.

Extremely noisy, the guests were slamming doors in and out the whole night, then the cleaners arrived and were chatting across 3 rooms and the passsge at 8 in the morning

The hotel was clean but was older. Needs updated. Very noisy.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke, dirty towels, broken doors to the bathroom, staff coming in without knocking

Well the light bulbs needed to be changed. Other than that everything was great

Everything was very good for the price of the room. I felt the staff was very nice, the room was clean and breakfast was good. The cleaning staff knocked on our door three times before check out. I had not put out our DND sign because check out wasn't until 12 p.m. and I knew we would be gone by then. With computers I saw no reason to knock 3 times to see if we are in the room before check out.

Breakfast was okay. Had items that I didn't expect for them to offer. Hotel was nice & clean. I felt like breakfast could have a little more variety of hot food to offer.

Hospitality and free breakfast and rooms where very clean

Had a great stay. The rooms were nice and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Breakfast could improve in quality.

Sleep Inn is an older hotel remodeled, & just the basics, but sufficient. I was traveling solo & felt safe. Breakfast menu was extraordinary- but I had to check out early so didn’t get to try it. Toilet had leaking/kept running constantly & it was addressed quickly. (Hopefully the problem gets fixed)

Always travel with 2 standard poodle service animals and the hotel was great with the pets
