La Quinta Inn Lexington/Horse Park

Clean room, nice breakfast area. Major downfall is no elevator for a 2 story hotel. Carrying luggage and staying with pet was an issue. Hallways not clean, mud everywhere. Parking not the best either.

Breakfast food was not kept stocked, flooring in room was cracked and bubbled. Ran out of water and coffee in breakfast area. Waffle batter, syrup, sausage gravy all ran out. We love this hotel chain but not this location.

Everything was great

We booked a king, 1 bedroom suite, after checking in we found furniture had been ripped from the wall so they put us in a small room with 2 queen beds instead and no refund for the difference in room prices. In the second room the shower leaked heavily onto the bathroom floor. After a terrible nights sleep, we went to the hotel breakfast where they had plenty of knives, 4 spoons, and 2 forks in the entire hotel. This information was shared with us by the employee responsible for setting up and washing the dishes.

We had terrible water pressure in the shower. Ended up cutting our stay short because of this. Property was over priced for what you get.

Room was handicapped accessible not enough room for wheelchair to move around room . Toilet leaked and the shower doors would not stay closed, they kept sliding open.

The room but it was poorly lit Both mornings, the breakfast was atrocious. Very little was offered, and what was, was of very poor quality. After commenting to staff the first morning, there was the same poor offering the second morning

Very clean and friendly staff! Breakfast was a little skimpy , it might have been because there was several events going on that weekend.

The location off of 75 was perfect and not too far from the event we were attending. The window shades were broken, not able to roll up. Under the beds were gross, they both had trash, dirt and debris that should have been cleaned. There was no blow dryer either.

Beds were comfortable; housekeeping staff was friendly and did a good job Whoa. Value fine for Friday but TERRIBLE for Saturday. Front desk staff was unprofessional and understaffed on Friday; charges were incorrect (though they were corrected upon my request). Breakfast not late enough for weekend mornings.

Overall, for the price, I lay my head down and didn’t feel like there was going to be a bug, but definitely not gonna be going back.

Awesome place really clean great staff pool is great and the breakfast was terrific
