The room was really humid and stuffy.

After checking in and bringing our luggage to our room, it appeared that there had been a water issue as the carpet was extremely damp, drying equipment was left in the room, and it had a horrible odor, mold or mildew. We notified the front desk, and we were moved to an upper floor room which was much better, but by that point, the stay was on the negative side. Breakfast in the morning was sub-par as well. All in all, we would not choose to stay at this property in the future.

Nice clean hotel. Would stay again.

Fixtures and the toilet were loose, and it was missing a fixture off of the wall in the bathroom. Breakfast was adequate for an included meal, but nothing to write home about.

Clean, beds are comfortable, staff is very friendly and helpful. I lost one of my keys and they gladly gave me another at no charge. I asked for more coffee packets and they gladly gave me 5 more. I love this hotel and always use it when I’m in town.

The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was decent. The hotel definitely needs updating. Walls were peeling and looked very dingy. The mattress itself was stained but luckily had a bed cover, although not a very good one. The sink has no stopper in it. The shower was so strong and erratic it practically flooded the whole floor. I stayed at 3 other Comfort Inns on this trip for much less than this hotel and they were much much better. The worst thing was at 2 a.m. a woman was hollering in the hallway for an hour. Hotel staff did nothing. Said they did not hear her when they came up in the elevator. She stopped each time they came up. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Clean safe property.Staff was friendly. It was a little bit higher than other places I have stayed at that rated about the same.

Location was convenient for us. Close to many eateries and 10 mins drive to an outlet. The accommodation was very clean, check-in was smooth and breakfast was great. The gym room was very clean as well. No complaints.

Room was pretty clean. Lots of just old set in stains everywhere. Hotel is old and shows it. We stayed one night and had an emergency and had to leave early. It was good for the one night and beds were very clean.

Got to hotel late so didn’t really use much other than bed and shower but was very clean and comfortable
