We had a short stay. The bed was very comfortable!

Amenities could be better. Must provide water bottles during the check in. This is very common at other hotels.

Front desk and breakfast room stuff are very friendly, caring and competent. The check-in and check-out were seamless. I requested an hour of late check-out which was granted with a smile! Laurel is small little town and the hotel is next to the main street and short walk from the train station with direct connection to DC and Baltimore. It is also a great value for money. Warm breakfast is lovely, lots of options and staff would monitor the space for cleanliness and replenish items promptly.

Parking was close and convenient to the hotel which was nice. Other than that it was a basic room, decently clean, and overall about what I expected. The location is decent for access to amenities but some popular things like Starbucks and chain stores/restaurants are a bit down the road. Staff seemed to have some challenges printing a basic folio for late checkout but I did get one.

Staff was very friendly. Room was exceptionally clean and beds,/pillows very comfy. Nice breakfast as well. Nice pool area too. Would highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

This was a nice hotel, things were clean and well cared for. The bed was comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and up to date. We did not have very spacious rooms (1 King room & 1 Single Queen room) each had only one bedside table, since they were next to the elevator. We found out later that we just happened to be given two of the hotel's smallest rooms so we could be near situated each other. The breakfast was good. We all found things that suited us to eat. The staff, particularly the breakfast staff, was friendly and helpful. There were a lot of stores and restaurants within a short drive and the drive to BWI was only 20 minutes at 7 pm when we needed to pick up family members. We liked that this hotel while not too far from BWI had free parking and free breakfast and was reasonably priced. We did not use the pool or workout facilities.

During my stay a guest banged on my door while the employee was right next to him. Stating I was loud. I never got any warnings from the hotel staff. Uncalled for actions.
