Stay was overall good. Our rooms air conditioning did not work well and it was loud. We moved to a new room down the hall that was perfect

TI desperately needs to be updated. It hasn't been remodeled in far too long, our non-smoking room smelled like smoke or weed and service was poor at the bars and restaurants. I'll never go back.

Upon check‑in, I immediately requested a room change, assuming the first room I was given simply hadn’t been refurbished. The duty manager, Rohith, moved us to a higher floor, but the room was identical. Despite our request, there was little effort made to offer a better view or an improved room. While the staff mentioned availability, I’m not convinced that was the real issue. Overall, the hotel no longer meets the standard it once had. I won’t be staying here again unless it undergoes a proper update. It’s worth spending a little more elsewhere for a far better experience. I have given this review a 3 star simply due to location.

Well I reserve a two queen bedroom room they said it wasn’t available and couldn’t help me out and that’s not what I reserve ! Other that hotel was great clean

This hotel totally impressed me. It was affordable, located centrally and the room was very comfortable. Staff was super friendly. The hotel also offered watering stations and water fountains throughout which made them head above heels over places like Ceasers Palace which forces you to buy bottles of water for $9. All in all TI surprised.

better than MGM experience, during which they were redecorating their rooms and very noisy.

TI was ok. You get what you pay for..... line dancing was fun. The debris, garbage and trash around the pool was gross. Casino a little smelly. Food was ok. Room very very dated and even was upgraded to a view of the new hard rock hotel. But it was reasonable price. Drinks ridiculously expensive.

We were pleasantly pleased with TI. The size of the casino is small but that was a nice advantage to get around. We saw a show at the sphere and it was an easy walk to get there. The room was clean and updated. The pool was a bit dirty but the chairs and the bathroom area very clean.

The bed was comfortable, room was cool and dark and quiet. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Arrived at 6:00 on first night and checked out at 6:00 am for flight after the second night. Only thing I can figure the fee was for was the use of the elevator. Great bait and switch con.
