Good rooms, although could hear some noise at night

The staff were all friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean. There is a dated feeling about the place. However, the place is excellent for families. It has a bowling center, fast food places inside, a pool and daily shows in the atrium. The main reason for my three stars is that the place charged me to rent a wheelchair $42h for the day when my fiance’ hurt her knee and could not get around. That has left such a sour taste in my mouth that I would not stay here again

We enjoyed our stay. We prefer Sam's Town whenever we are in Las Vegas.

Would like to see better food and drink options. But other than that it's fantastic

Sam’s Town is a great value, even with a resort fee. Rooms are spacious, the Mystic Park water show in the center courtyard is nice, and the food court options are great when traveling w teens. Place does have that musty smoker smell in some areas due to smoking gamblers, but most areas are free of that.

Clean rioms and fast check in. Will stay again.

Love the atrium located in the middle of the hotel/casino. Nice place to sit and relax! Also, the staff was very helpful.

The room was fairly clean. I did see a strands of hair in both beds and in the bathroom and tub. The property was very clean.

It was very nice. Just need more channels on the tv.

The cleaning staff woke us up at 6 a.m. to tell us we had to leave, even though checkout isn't until 11 a.m. It was a very bad experience; I stayed at the hotel to rest, not to be disturbed.

Only issue is the pool is too far from the hotel

We miss the free shuttle to downtown or the strip.. also a favorite bar to sit and watch the laser water show no longer open. and the game tables has some funky rules it seems to favor the house even more. My wife and I stayed here a dozen time over the past 16 years. It kinda lost a vibe.... Room and staff were great minus the food court//

Sadly the restaurant was closed over Monday and Tuesday. We were unable to treat ourselves to a nice meal at the hotel.
