Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. By far. Not even close.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

It was nice staying with you and we enjoyed ourselves it was quiet

This place is horrible. We had a family walk in on us as we changed them that didn't give me back the deposit, they said it was it's been over a week.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Very bad, dirty, smells, crowded. Not recommend at all.

It was ok, a/c didn’t work well. It was a hot box. They traded us out of the room which was good. Next room the toilet barely drained and the shower had more water coming out of the wall than the shower head. I will not stay here again.

The parking fee should have been waved if you are a guest to stay at the hotel The only thing better is that there’s microwave oven, ref and coffee maker. Rated 2 for me

Walked all the way to the 16th floor & key card did not work The room was not very clean, hairs on the floor & in the tub-also out of shampoo Air conditioning only worked some of the time, not a very good place to stay- guess you get what you pay for, I tried to save $ but not worth it.

Super mal olor a drenaje en las alberca y un super mal servicio de los elevadores más de 30 minutos para poder bajar ni ganas de regresar

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Motel 6 might have been better.

    Muy viejo todo

    Terrible decision to make

We felt very catfish by the images that were online for this hotel granite it wasn’t disgusting but just grungy the parking garage spaces were super small. Not sure how many people fit in there. The rooms were somewhat clean wouldn’t say they were disgusting, but they definitely needed a deep cleaning at one .2 of the three elevators for our area were completely down. Some people took the stairs. Staff was helpful with the minimal interaction that I needed with them.

The staff wasn't helpful. I won't be booking here again. This also the first place that I have been to that I had to pay once I got there for a separate from my online payment.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Place is outdated and over priced. Had to have 1 working elevator, no ice in the ice machines. Old dirty carpet and expensive to park

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

    Room was in terrible condition.

The bar and table staff were great but housekeeping was non-existent. We called multiple times to get a dead roach removed and a new pillow because one had a nasty stain. Eventually the new pillows were there when we came back to the room but so was the roach. Next day at the pool, I went to move an empty lounge chair forward to join our group and one of the lifeguards yelled at us that furniture can’t be moved (spoiler alert, that’s not a real rule according to every other staff member). Also, the whole pool area had a solid scent of sewage. The casino is a small and quiet floor with low minimums. But the elevators are limited with 2 of the 5 in the whole place closed for “improvements”. Water pressure in the shower was barely more than a trickle and the sink drains slower than a snoozing snail. In the end, it’s not a bad value but definitely not a good one. If you are just passing through or just need a soft bed to sleep on and nothing else then this might be the place for you but otherwise, probably best to stay away.

    Stay somewhere else.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The property was dirty. The room had someone’s contact lenses just left there and we had no cleaning done to the room after the first day. I think I would rather try my luck sleeping on the Vegas streets than to come back here. Oh yeah, and the room has severe plumbing issues. Not to mention that the AC was probably installed in the 1950s and runs as well as you would expect for an old hunk of junk like that.

    Large room

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Walking in, it smelled awful. Going to the front desk, I was rudely told I had to pay a resort fee that was as much as my room. The kid at the front desk definitely didn’t wanna be there and he acted like it. As I walked away, I said thanks and he finally spoke up and yelled “you’re welcome” after me. Getting to my floor and walking to my room, the hallway was nasty and smelled even worse. And it was hot. I got in my room and it was hotter than heck in there and the air was off. There was no safety latch on the door which was awful and made me feel unsafe. My phone rang twice and whoever called hung up. I felt like I was in a horror movie. I also felt like every time I heard a door open or close, someone was gonna break into my room. I barely slept all night and I was so antsy, that I almost left and went back to the airport. Place was awful and it’s hard to believe hotels.com even works with them.
