It's a nice and clean place

I like the easy access, but there was an issue with a light in the room that they have not fixed yet. Also coffee pot coffee pod holder does not fit in room coffee maker. Never resolved as many times as I've brought it up.

The breakfast had limited options. The front desk person who works night shift was very rude and unprofessional.

The things that kept me from giving a 5 star rating are: 1. The elevator is slow and the door scraps when opening and closing. 2. The front desk employee on night shift when I stayed wasn’t very pleasant when i called and went to the front desk with a question.

We had such an incredible stay for the value. The room was spacious, and had everything you needed (coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, toiletries, etc.) not to mention exceptionally clean. Check in and check out was seamless. The free breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable .

We had a dog with us, so we were put in a pet-designated room. Understandable. However, the previous guests had dogs that peed all over the carpet and it smelled pretty bad. The carpet should be professionally cleaned before anyone else stays there. The lobby had zero air conditioning at 107 degrees outside. It was uncomfortable to say the least and I felt horrible for the staff who had to work there. The only good thing was the coffee that was provided was actually quite good.

My experience and stay at the Hotel was excellent. It's a very clean Hotel and well maintained. The Staff all very helpful and polite and courteous. Always smiling and pleasant and nice to talk to. A very Nice Looking as well. I thought I would put that in here as well. The housecleaning staff always had my room cleaned when I got back. I used the pool several times during the 5 days that I was there. It was clean and refreshing. The Continental Breakfast was really and I enjoyed it. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. I will stay there again.

They moved me My room was not connected like requested then the room I got smell like hard drug I was told it was being cleaned that did not work so I got moved rooms was not connected

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. My room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

When we originally arrived, we were given a room that reaked of piss with visible stains on the carpets. The bathroom was dirty and I was honestly baffled at first when we entered thinking “oh god do we really have to sleep in here?” Thankfully they switched us into a new room, but that honestly made us doubt how clean the hotel was. New room was much better, if that was our original experience I would have rated it higher.
