Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff

The value and location of proximity to the strip was great and the staff friendly and helpful but the breakfast was light on Thursday compared to Friday's fare. There were no fruit options. We did not get the room cleaned after our first night. We needed fresh towels and spare roll of toilet paper. We had to ask the desk for another set of towels because we were 3 to a double queen room.

Cleanliness Location away from the chaos

Breakfast is always on spot! Fresh coffee and just enough of a variety of food to start the day. Ice dispenser was located on another floor and no towel hooks in bathroom or back of bathroom door. Also bathroom door kept swinging open so when you enter room, entrance door hits bathroom door.

One from desk clerk was really condescending. He is hanging on to the tiny man bun fad. It's a horrible look and he walks around like he's the king of the world. He needs to be reminded that he works at a hotel.

Clean, welcoming, great selections available for breakfast. Only complaint about our room is that the mattress was way too soft. I still would recommend this hotel.

The gentlemen that greeted us upon entry was excellent. He was even bi-lingual

The continental breakfast was the best. The beds were horrible! The carpet smelled so bad like some one had been smoking non stop cigarettes. The bathroom could have been cleaner! I hated the whole stay. I will be emailing the GM! Also no steaming networks on TV. Listen to me don't waste your time and money!

The staff were all helpful and friendly, especially Erin. She was great and as much as I pestered her with questions, she was always helpful and had a smile. The place was clean and I would recommend it if you wanted to stay away from the strip as I was visiting family.
